📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility – Clients must provide accurate personal, educational, and professional details.

2. Assured Interviews – Prime Work guarantees a minimum number of interviews as per package.

3. Refund Policy – 100% refund if minimum guaranteed interviews are not arranged (conditions apply).

4. Service Duration – Support is provided as per program duration (4–6 months based on package).

5. Confidentiality – All client data is kept private and used only for job applications.

6. Client Responsibility – Clients must attend interviews on scheduled dates; missing may void the guarantee.

7. Payment Terms – Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule before services start.

8. Non-Employment Guarantee – Prime Work assures interviews, not guaranteed job offers (final hiring is employer’s decision).

9. Transparency – All updates are shared via live dashboard/email/WhatsApp in real time.

10. Termination – Prime Work reserves the right to discontinue services in case of false information or misconduct.
